We build the software
your business
actually runs on.

Riftware is an IT consultancy and services company. Companies come to us with a process held together by spreadsheets, an app that stopped scaling, or an idea they need built properly the first time. We build it — and we keep it running.

AI-native delivery

We build with AI at the core — so projects ship in weeks, at a fraction of the usual cost.

AI isn't a bolt-on for us — it's how we work. It writes a large share of the code, drafts the tests, and clears the busywork, so a small team delivers what used to take a big agency months. What doesn't change is the part that matters: people own the architecture, the review, and the call on whether it's actually right. That's why it holds up in production, not just in a demo.

Weeks, not months
From first call to a working product you can use — on a timeline that surprises people.
A fraction of the cost
A lean, AI-native team does what a traditional shop bills a team of ten for.
The quality bar stays put
Humans own the design and the review. AI does the heavy lifting, not the deciding.

What we do

  • Web applications

We build the software your business runs on day to day. That usually means a React or Next.js front end, a typed API, and a database schema designed for how your team actually works rather than how the demo looked.

    • Product and technical discovery
    • Design systems and front-end build
    • API and database design
    • Third-party and payment integrations
  • Mobile applications

React Native and Flutter for most products, native Swift or Kotlin when the app leans on hardware, background work or platform APIs. We handle store submission and the release process too.

    • Cross-platform and native builds
    • Offline-first data sync
    • Push, deep links and analytics
    • App Store and Play Store release
  • AI and ML solutions

We start from the decision you want to improve and work backwards. Sometimes that is a fine-tuned model, often it is retrieval over your own documents, and occasionally it is a well-placed rule that saves you the model entirely.

    • Document search and retrieval (RAG)
    • Forecasting and classification
    • Computer vision for inspection and OCR
    • Model deployment and monitoring
  • System software

Long-running services, desktop software, device integrations and the internal tooling nobody markets but everybody depends on. Written to be debugged at 2am by someone who did not write it.

    • Backend services and job pipelines
    • Desktop and embedded software
    • Legacy system integration
    • Performance and reliability work
  • Cloud services

AWS, Azure and GCP. Infrastructure as code, CI/CD that runs on every commit, monitoring that pages the right person, and a cost line you can explain to your CFO.

    • Cloud architecture and migration
    • Infrastructure as code
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Monitoring, backup and cost control
  • Support and maintenance

Software isn't finished when it ships. We keep what we build — and what you already run — working: monitoring and incident response, security and dependency updates, bug fixes, and a steady stream of small improvements. You deal with someone who knows your system, not a ticket queue. We also take over software somebody else wrote.

    • Ongoing maintenance and updates
    • Monitoring, alerts and incident response
    • Security patching and dependency upgrades
    • Enhancements and new features
    • Taking over existing or legacy systems
    • Support agreements with agreed response times

How we work

Small team, direct line, no layers.

You talk to the people writing the code. There is no account manager relaying your requirements to a team you never meet, and no junior developer quietly assigned to your project after the contract is signed.

We scope before we quote
A short paid discovery gets us both a real estimate instead of a number we regret.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, accounts and documentation are yours from day one, in your repositories.
We tell you when not to build
If an existing tool solves your problem for a fraction of the cost, that is the advice you get.
We don't disappear at launch
Going live is the start, not the finish. We maintain, monitor and keep improving what we build — and we take on software somebody else wrote.

Next step

Tell us what is broken, or what you want to build.

Send a couple of paragraphs. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it, usually within two working days.
